An advocate will collect demographic information and collect all necessary claims before completing paperwork and submitting the requested claims to your insurance. This includes correspondence with client and a follow up consult 30 days after original submission.  Claim reimbursement totals are never guaranteed, but our advocates have a record of assisting clients in being reimbursed between 15-68%  of the total cost of claims.
